Every year, Indonesia loses millions of tons of potential exports due to poor supply chain management, overproduction, and lack of international exposure from fishery byproducts, agricultural residues, tropical fruits, and herbs that end up wasted instead of traded.

We then source and verify suppliers that match these criteria, ensuring product quality, certification, and export readiness.
We facilitates transparent communication between both sides.
We discuss product samples, packaging, price adjustments, payment terms, and shipment timeline to achieve a win–win deal.
Once both sides agree, Maleo Trade issues the final quotation and confirmation documents.
The buyer makes a Down Payment (DP) to confirm the order, while the supplier begins production or preparation for shipment.
Maleo Trade oversees logistics coordination, documentation (invoice, packing list, health certificates, etc..) and shipment scheduling. We ensure smooth delivery from supplier to buyer under agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, or others).
