JabatanFounder & Director, PT Maleo Trade Indonesia

I grew up near a local fish market, where I saw many seafood sellers working hard every day to support their families. They had strong products and real effort, but many lacked access to business knowledge, wider markets, and reliable connections.

That is what pushed me into seafood trading. Today, I work with Indonesian suppliers to connect our seafood products with international buyers. Through Maleo Trade, my goal is to help maximize Indonesia's seafood potential while building business with transparency, trust, and real knowledge.

“Seafood trading should create opportunities, not just transactions — it should help people work with dignity, professionalism, and long-term value.”

VERIFIED WORKFLOW

Every step, from inquiry to shipment, is managed for transparency and quality assurance, backed by on-ground QC verification.

Our process

Seven Steps to Verified Export

01

Buyer Inquiry & Specification

Buyer sends requirements: species, size/grade, volume, and destination. We confirm all specifications.

02

Price & Terms Confirmation

Price, Incoterms, and payment terms (T/T / L/C) are confirmed and agreed with the buyer.

03

Connecting with the Supplier

Maleo Trade contacts its verified supplier network to confirm stock availability and production schedule.

04

Purchase Order & Contract

A PO is issued to the supplier, sales contract sent to buyer, and initial deposit processed.

05

Physical QC on the Floor

Our team inspects the product in person — texture, glazing, and cold chain integrity — before any master carton is sealed.

06

Container Video Documentation

Loading is filmed and produced as a video you can use for your own marketing, free with every completed shipment.

07

Shipment & Export Documents

Container sails with the full document set: BKIPM health certificate, certificate of origin, and compliance badges.
