Whole round, properly handled and blast frozen (≤ -18°C) to maintain freshness, texture, and nutritional value, with shelf life up to 24 months. Natural reddish to dark meat color, firm texture, and characteristic fresh fish odor. Glazing 0–10% (adjustable based on buyer requirement). Typical size: 1–3 kg, 3–5 kg, with larger sizes available depending on catch. Packed in food-grade polybag and export carton (10 kg / 20 kg). Suitable for canning, processing, and food service applications.

Whole fish, cleaned and eviscerated, then frozen under controlled temperature (≤ -18°C) to preserve freshness, texture, and nutritional quality, ensuring stable shelf life up to 24 months. Processed in accordance with export standards (HACCP compliant) with natural dark red color, fresh odor, and histamine level ≤ 50 ppm. Packed in food-grade polybag and carton box (10 kg / 20 kg). Standard market size: 1.8–3 kg (63–106 oz), with other sizes available upon request. Suitable for canning industry, processing plants, and bulk distributors requiring consistent and reliable raw material.

Yellowfin Tuna (frozen)

Thunnus albacares

Yellowfin Tuna, also known as Ahi Tuna (Thunnus albacares), is a premium marine species with firm texture and clean, rich flavor, widely used for canning, loin production, and processing industries. Sourced from Indonesian waters, it is available in whole round (WR) form with common sizes of 10–20 kg and above, offered in Grade A and Grade B depending on specification and processing requirements.

Caught mainly by longline and handled under controlled conditions, the product is processed as land frozen or frozen at sea (FAS), maintained at -18°C or below to preserve quality. With stable supply and reliable cold chain handling, Yellowfin Tuna remains a consistent raw material for global seafood markets.
